These mini cookies are a great snack and so cute for the holidays--plus, no unwrapping dozens of candies before you make them!
Ingredients: Unsalted Butter, Granulated Sugar and Light Brown Sugar, Peanut Butter, All-Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Milk Chocolate Chips.
I use a tiny 1/2 tablespoon scoop (or substitute a measuring spoon). Form the scoops into round balls, roll them in granulated sugar, and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake. Place three chocolate chips in the center of each cookie immediately after they come out of the oven.
Do I need to chill the dough before baking? Chilling is optional, but it does make scooping and shaping the dough a bit easier!
How small are the cookies? These cookies measure about 1.5″ in diameter.
Why bother with mini cookies? They are just so darn cute! They make great cookies for a holiday platter or lunchbox.
