Funfetti Cookies (Crumbl Copycat!)

Ingredients You'll Need: butter, confectioners' sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, cake batter flavor, flour, baking powder, salt, and sprinkles.

Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and cake batter extract.  Mix in dry ingredients.

Fold in sprinkles. Briefly chill dough. Scoop & bake.

Tip: to avoid bleeding sprinkles in the dough, stick with the style of sprinkle shown (long thin cylinders). Avoid the tiny round bead-like nonpareils. 

Funfetti cookies can be stored at room temperature in an air-tight container for 3-4 days. Or freeze them for later.
