We will use a little bit of the instant pudding to stabilize the whipped cream.
Mix up the pudding and then fold in half of the whipped cream.
It'll be soft and fluffy!
Layer vanilla wafer cookies, banana slices, and the pudding into an 8"x8" pan.
Smooth the top layer to ready it for the whipped cream.
Top with whipped cream and chill for 4 hours.
Variation: Try using Biscoff cookies instead of vanilla wafers for the cookies--super good!
Variation: OR, layer the dessert in mason jars (I like 4, 6, or 8 ounce jars) for individual servings.
Make-Ahead Instructions: The dessert can be made the day before, but the bananas will begin to brown.
