If you are familiar with Crumbl Cookies then you know that their extensive list of flavors (300 flavors and counting!) is second-to-none. Crumbl keeps fans guessing with a brand-new flavor most weeks (sometimes more than one), plus repeats of fan favorites.

I noticed early on that Crumbl really loves their breakfast flavors. Waffle and Buttermilk Pancake anyone? These fun “breakfast” cookies are just some of the many breakfast-inspired treats that Crumbl offers.

Combing through the list of 300 flavors to find the breakfast-y ones would probably take you awhile, so here are all the breakfast flavors in one easy-to-read list. I’ve included plenty of photos, plus review notes of some of the cookies I’ve personally tried! Enjoy!

Best Crumbl Cookies for Breakfast Lovers

Check out my list of Crumbl’s breakfast cookies! Including personal review notes for some of the cookies I’ve tried. Use this quick shortcut menu if you want to find a specific flavor quickly. Which breakfast flavors have you tried? Tell me in the comments what you think are the best and worst breakfast cookies!

Almost Everything Bagel

This savory cookie is supposed to capture the flavors of an everything bagel. It’s got a mix of seeds and seasonings and is topped off with a huge swirl of cream cheese, just like your favorite bagel.

I thought this flavor sounded pretty unappealing (even though I actually love Everything Bagels), and it didn’t look much better with the awkward swirl of cream cheese on top. It received mixed reviews across social media. Will Crumbl bring it back? Time will tell!

Apple Cider Muffin

Muffins for breakfast are always a good plan. Crumbl has several “muffin” cookies and this flavor is the cozy warmth of a spiced apple cider muffin transformed into a cookie. It’s completed with an apple cider glaze and a cinnamon brown sugar streusel.

Banana Bread

Banana bread is such a popular recipe–here it is in cookie form! Crumbl’s Banana Bread flavor aspires to be like indulging in a slice of homemade banana bread, but make it a cookie! This cookie is infused with the rich flavors of banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, all topped with a cream cheese glaze and brown sugar streusel.

Blueberry Muffin

Crumbl’s rendition of a blueberry muffin!

Review notes: This cookie is supposed to feature the irresistible streusel goodness of a classic blueberry muffin, but unfortunately I’ve found this flavor to be pretty lackluster. I tried this cookie via Crumbl’s shipping menu and I found it to be dry and without flavor.

I would suggest opting to make a leveled-up copycat recipe instead like my Blueberry Muffin Cookies!). Check out the difference in these photos:

Note that I believe the cookie has been improved over time as it has reappeared on the menu–so if it pops up again, give it a try!

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Ft. Pop-Tarts®

A brown sugar cinnamon delight. Starts with a brown sugar cinnamon cookie, brown sugar cinnamon filling, cinnamon cream cheese glaze, and crumbled Pop-Tarts® on top. Served warm. This brand-new flavor was announced on 9/17/2023.

Review notes: This is a GREAT cookie. The filling was perfection. You definitely get all those Pop-Tarts® vibes. A win for sure. However, be sure to eat this one warm as that makes a huge difference!

This cookie is also a part of my Top Crumbl Flavors for Fall list.

Buttermilk Pancake

A buttermilk pancake cookie served warm, glazed with buttermilk syrup, and topped with a scoop of buttercream frosting. Served 3x since March 2022. Somehow I feel like it’s been on the menu more than that–so feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Puffs

A chocolate cookie topped with peanut butter frosting and chocolate peanut butter cereal puffs. This cookie is served chilled and is inspired by the cereal of course!

Cinnamon Crunch & Cinnamon ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™

As far as I can tell, these are basically the same cookie!

Cinnamon Crunch: A cinnamon cookie served warm, topped with vanilla cream cheese glaze, crunchy cinnamon cereal streusel, and cinnamon sugar.

Cinnamon ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ : This one was released before the “Vanilla Glaze ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ and features a cream cheese frosting (try my copycat recipe!). The newer Vanilla Glaze edition has a glaze instead of frosting.

There’s also a third iteration of this cookie (sometimes I think Crumbl just forgets what they originally named a flavor honestly!):

Vanilla Glaze ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™: Cinnamon sugar cookie with a vanilla cream cheese glaze, Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ pieces, and cinnamon sugar. This is REALLY similar to the “Cinnamon ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™” cookie, but the frosting looks thinner. I have a copycat recipe for the Cinnamon Cookie if you are looking for the original frosting/cookie combo.

Cinnamon Roll

A soft cookie covered in cinnamon brown sugar and a swirl of cream cheese frosting.

Cinnamon Square

Have you seen that Crumbl has started releasing “desserts” in addition to their popular cookies?

Not quite a cookie, this new Crumbl dessert “Cinnamon Square” was released on the January 22-27 2024 menu lineup. Crumbl describes it as, “a moist, fluffy cinnamon square marbled with rich brown sugar cinnamon butter and crowned with a creamy vanilla cream cheese frosting. The Cinnamon Square is a unique treat, distinct from both cookies and cinnamon rolls.”

I think it’s safe to say that if you enjoy cinnamon rolls, then you will love this cookie!

Cinnamon Toast

I’ve been tracking Crumbl Cookie flavors every week since March 2022 and I haven’t seen Cinnamon Toast pop up in that time frame, but if you’ve had it, let everyone know about it in the comments. Maybe it’s another cookie that is really similar to the “Cinnamon Toast Cereal” ones listed above?

French Toast

Crumbl’s French Toast Cookie is inspired by French Toast and is topped with cinnamon egg wash, buttercream, syrup drizzle and powdered sugar.

Lucky Charms®

A plain cookie (served warm) with white chocolate chips, vanilla marshmallow frosting, and Lucky Charms®.

Mallow Creme ft. Lucky Charms®

This is the same as the Lucky Charms® cookie I believe. Inspired by the iconic cereal—rich with white drops, vanilla marshmallow frosting, and Lucky Charms® marshmallows sprinkled on top.

Here’s a glimpse of Mallow Creme making a recent appearance on Crumbl’s Instagram page.

Maple Bacon

Bacon is a breakfast-time staple and this Crumbl cookie is a fluffy buttermilk cookie with maple frosting, real bacon bits, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Maple Cinnamon Roll

A vanilla sugar cookie spread with cinnamon roll filling on top and a swirl of thick maple frosting.

Milk Glaze ft. Fruity PEBBLES™

A “cereal milk” cookie topped with Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffin

Another Crumbl “muffin-cookie”, this one is served warm and it is a spicy oat-filled muffin cookie with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Old Fashioned Doughnut

A “doughnut cookie” with flavors of brown sugar and nutmeg. Topped with a vanilla doughnut glaze.

Review notes: I liked this one! A little doughy as Crumbl Cookies can tend to be, but the cinnamon sugar coating and vanilla glaze definitely gave the doughnut vibes.

Pink Doughnut

Another doughnut cookie! This is a vanilla cookie with pink glaze, sprinkles, and a doughnut hole in the center.

Review notes: You can see in the photo that the cookie I tried wasn’t the best presentation! The glaze is okay, though it left large edges uncovered, but the sprinkles…I think I counted exactly five sprinkles on the cookie–ha! Since the cookie itself was just a vanilla cookie, I don’t think this is the most interesting flavor.

Orange Roll

Crumbl’s Orange Roll cookie is a brown sugar cookie (served warm) packed with flavors of orange, vanilla, and butter and topped with orange cream cheese glaze. An Orange Roll is basically an orange-flavored variation on a Cinnamon Roll.

Raspberry Danish

The new Raspberry Danish cookie first appeared on the menu March 18, 2024. It’s inspired by a traditional Danish pastry. A buttery cookie baked with a cream cheese center, topped with raspberry jam and finished with a drizzle of thick vanilla glaze.

Raspberry Doughnut

A “doughnut” cookie sprinkled with powdered sugar and topped with raspberry jam and mini powdered doughnut pieces.

Strawberry Milk

Crumbl’s Strawberry Milk Cookie is a strawberry pie cookie with strawberry mousse and streusel. I debated whether including this one as a “breakfast” cookie, but decided I might as well!

Waffle

Crumbl’s waffle cookie is a cookie that is sortof shaped to resemble a waffle and then topped with buttercream and maple syrup. This one is definitely a fan-favorite and gets a lot of excitement on Instagram when it pops up on a weekly menu.

I think that concludes the list of Crumbl’s breakfast cookies! If you are unfamiliar with Crumbl, keep on reading for more details about the cookies, the menus, the flavors, and more.

What Are Crumbl Cookies?

So, what’s the deal with Crumbl Cookies, you ask? Well, Crumbl is all about cookies. They sell giant cookies in fun and creative flavors that keep fans guessing. With over 900 stores all over the USA, there is likely a store near you!

How big are these gourmet cookies exactly? According to the nutrition info, each one is basically four servings–so pace yourself!

Now, what makes Crumbl even more enticing is their ever-changing menu. They’ve got a rotation of nearly 300 flavors, and every week, they showcase six of them. You can count on either Milk Chocolate or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunk being on the menu (they alternate weeks), but the other five flavors are always a sweet surprise! You never know if they will release a long-awaited repeat of a fan favorite or a brand-new flavor.

When you hit up a Crumbl store, it’s a breeze – use the app to order, walk in, grab your order, and go. Or, you can skip the app and order after you’ve seen the instore displays of the week’s cookies. You can also order cookies have them delivered to your doorstep. Or, you can even ship them (though I suggest shopping instore for the best taste experience).

Are the Cookies Expensive?

Now, I gotta be honest, these cookies aren’t exactly budget-friendly, so here’s a tip: team up with a friend and split an order or stock up on a bunch (you save money as you order a larger quantity) and toss ’em in the freezer for later.

You can also experiment with making your own copycat recipes if you want!

Which Flavor Should I Order First?

If it’s your first time at Crumbl you definitely don’t want to end up with a bad cookie! Visit my post about which cookies to order for your first time at Crumbl. I also highly suggest visiting instore for the best cookie experience. The shipped cookies really are not very good and the quality of delivered cookies can be hit or miss.

If you want to try a breakfast cookie, watch the menus closely on Instagram to see what Crumbl offers each week. The menus release each Sunday night.
